Shipping & Returns

Shipping Services
Most in-stock items will ship within 1 to 5 business days from our California location. Standard shipping (4 to 10 business days) of books will be by USPS Media Mail. Standard shipping will be free for orders of 2 or more books. Priority shipping (2 to 4 business days) will be by USPS Priority Mail. Express shipping (1 to 2 business days) will be by USPS Express Mail. There is no free shipping for Priority or Express. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days.

International Orders
We currently are unable to process international orders online. To inquire about international orders, please email us at service@flowerstayingpower.com.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, return it to us within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the item minus shipping charges. Returned items must be in original condition and packaged the same as originally shipped. The cost of return shipping will not be refunded. Please notify us by email at service@flowerstayingpower.com to let us know you are returning an item and why. Return your package “insured” by US Postal Service for your own protection. Otherwise, we will be unable to refund your money if the package is lost during shipping.

Out of Stock Items
If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the expected ship date. Your credit card will not be charged until your items are in the shipping process.

Sales Tax
We will collect the Orange County, CA sales tax of 7.75% for all orders shipping to California. The product is considered to have transferred ownership to the California recipient at our California location. The sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order during checkout. Sales tax will not be calculated on shipping charges.
