About the Author

Patt Scanlon lives in Southern California with her husband Peter. She graduated with honors from The Ohio State University with a degree focused on microbiology.

Patt's mission statement in life is "to help others achieve their goals." She has done this through her leadership role in a major corporation as well as through her extended family and community activities.

Patt is happiest when she finds something blooming, whether in her garden or in the people in her life.

Patt has combined her scientific expertise, her love of people and her love of flowers to write her first book, Flower Staying Power. She hopes that you will enjoy it!
